Mónica Delgado-Fabián

She is pursuing a PhD in Training in the Knowledge Society from the University of Salamanca. She has a Master's degree in Educational Technology from Tec de Monterrey. With twenty years of teaching experience, both in Mexico and Spain, she is a consultant for training solutions in companies and universities for online and in-person courses. She has published in different conferences and is a collaborator of the Research4Challenge group at Tec de Monterrey. Her research focuses on the development of a complex competency model for digital transformation in corporate universities using artificial intelligence.
