Hugo Terashima-Marín

PhD in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey (1998). He is a Full Professor in the School of Engineering and Sciences, Leader of the Intelligent Systems Focus Group and until recently, Director of the Graduate Program in Computer Science. Dr. Terashima-Marín is an active member of the National System of Researchers, Mexican Academy of Sciences, Mexican Academy of Computing, and Senior Member of the IEEE. His main interests are computational intelligence, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning. He has been principal investigator in several research and application projects, and has published more than 110 papers in international journals and conferences.
