Jessica Alejandra Ruiz Ramirez did her professional studies in Industrial Engineering and completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Quality and Productivity. She is currently studying a Doctorate in Educational Innovation at the School of Humanities and Education of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, she is linked to the research line Development and use of DUTE technology and develops research related to the analysis of technological tools associated with the management of the teaching-learning process. She has teaching experience at the undergraduate level and is an associate researcher recognized by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation of Colombia - Min Ciencias.
